It seems a bit excessively worshipful, but if u just bought a new tech thing, best to check it right away. most defects wil show up in the first week of operation (not that he shd spend a week sitting there!).

looks like he's using the built-in iChat which is the best IM i've ever used but what do i know, i own four Macs and still have to use a PeeCee with ExPee at work.
